I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the bustling Chinatown area. The value for money was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were spacious, perfect for my family of five with small kids, and offered a good view on the higher floors. I also appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like a charging device. The breakfast had a wide variety of healthy food options, which was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Very clean, newly-built hotel. The location is handy for the old town ,Batavia, and museums, as well as being an inexpensive taxi ride from the big malls eg Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering its relative cheapness (£42 in March for a double), at the quality of the finishes. Very nice bathroom, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy white towels. We were unimpresssed by Jakarta, but staying at this hotel,at the beginning and start of a tour, made it more agreable

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city, with many attractions nearby. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to help.
The hotel's room was a bit small for our liking and had limited natural light. the street noise was also audible at night, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The shower pressure was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and public transportation.
The room had a musty smell, like it hadn't been aired out in a while. The carpet felt damp underfoot and there were stains on the curtains.
